Abstract
This ZIP establishes the framework for ethical partnerships with local and Indigenous communities in Zoo Labs Foundation conservation initiatives. It defines requirements for Free, Prior, and Informed Consent (FPIC), benefit sharing, and respectful engagement aligned with CARE Principles and UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.

Free : Consent given without coercion, intimidation, or manipulation.
Prior : Consent sought sufficiently in advance of activities.
